  • The company (“Insulation Equipment + Supply” or “IES”) provides Equipment, Supplies, Chemicals, Training, and  support to the spray foam insulation industry.
  • By accessing or using this site, you are accepting these terms and any applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be of legal age or otherwise capable to enter into contracts.
  • Use of any products or services listed on this website in violation of laws or industry regulations is prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Accurate account information when purchasing products or otherwise creating an account, is required.
  • Users are responsible for keeping login credentials and account security.
  • If you need assistance in termination of your account, send a message through our contact form.

4. Product Information & Pricing

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change or correction.
  • The products offered include equipment, chemicals, trailers, parts, and more.

5. Orders

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order.  Because we typically ship same day, order cancellations are generally not available.  You may give us a call at 660.202.4277 to inquire about cancellations.  We will accommodate where possible.

6. Shipping, Delivery, & Risk of Loss

  • You will select your shipping speed during the order process.  IES is not responsible for delays or damage in transit. But we will be happy to contact the shipper on your behalf.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Warranties are generally provided by the manufacturer.  If you need to inquire about a warranty prior to purchase, you can call 660.202.4277.

8. User Conduct

  • Users must not misuse the site or attempt to access non‑public areas.

9. Intellectual Property

  • State that all site content, branding, materials, logos, etc. are owned by IES or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or adapt without explicit permission.

  • Liability is assumed by the purchaser.

  • Users to indemnify IES against claims arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

14. Third‑Party Links & Products

  • Third-party brands (Graco, Carlisle, PMC, JHPK, etc.) are separate vendors
  • IES does not take responsibility for third-party product performance.

15. Privacy & Data Use

  • Refer to the site's Privacy Policy.
  • User data is collected from information input by the user, and may be used for additional sales purposes.

16. Modifications & Termination

  • IES reserves the right to update Terms at any time. Updated 8/4/2025.
  • IES may suspend or terminate access for breach or inactivity.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law in Missouri will apply to all sales.
