What is the Fine Print?

There is no fine print.

Selling spray foam chemicals is our primary business. We support the customers who support our business.

We are only successful if you are successful. Our team of professionals will do their best to get you there with training, technical support, marketing services, bid assistance, and more.

Why Spray Foam?

Whether you intend to be a hands-on Owner/Operator or Hire a team to run your rig, Spray Foam Insulation is a thriving business, with low start up costs.

A spray foam rig can generate $500k to over $1M annually. With potential net profit margins around 25% and low start up costs, it won't take long to meet your goals. In this business, you get out of it what you put into it. YOU are in charge of your income.

Even in a down economy, building owners are looking for ways to cut energy costs. Homes are still being built. And retrofits are even more popular as people are looking for ways to upgrade their older homes.

We Train!

Is this the right Investment for me?

Whether you plan to run the rig yourself or hire a team, the work is not easy. It definitely takes a person with a lot of drive and a sales + service mentality. It also helps to have connections in the building trades already.

Take some time to look at your local area. Visit some job sites and talk to the building contractors. Are they having trouble finding spray foam contractors? Are they having to sit on a wait list to get their buildings sprayed?

Spraying foam is physically demanding. It is not unusual to spend the day crawling under buildings or in a hot attic.

If you are not afraid of hard work and have some sales skills, you can become very successful in Spray Foam Insulation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Start with a Conversation.
When you give us a call, we will get you connected with our Equipment Specialist. All of our Specialists have 10+ years of experience in the Spray Foam Insulation industry. They will be able to answer any questions you have about starting this type of business, Pros and Cons, and they will help you determine which equipment is right for you based on your budget, your goals, and the type of spraying you plan to do. We have rigs priced from $40K to over $100K. Because your long term success is our goal, you won't ever be talking to a pushy sales person trying to make commission on a high priced rig.

An Estimate for Your Rig.
After talking to our Equipment Specialist, we will send you one or more estimates with our suggested rig build. The estimate will show the pricing line-by-line, so you will be clear about what you are paying for. After you review the estimate, we can make adjustments, as needed. At this point you might want to look into financing, if needed. You can use your own bank or we can suggest a finance company for you.

Getting Your Rig Built.
Once your decision is made on which rig you want, and your financing is secured, we will ask for a 50% deposit to get you on the schedule to prepare your rig. Typically, we have several rigs in stock that are about 80% built, waiting to know your exact build. Because of that, we are sometimes able to turn a rig around in under a week, but during busy times, the wait can be as long as 2-4 weeks. A highly customized rig may take longer.

Planning for Delivery.
As your rig is nearing completion, we will be contacting you for the final rig payment. Once that is covered, we will schedule your delivery and training. We prefer that you have your first real job scheduled for your training. We will ask for information about that job so we can help you determine what other items you will need, like plastic sheeting. We will help you calculate the amount of foam you will need for the job and we will make sure we have that foam onsite for you before the training starts.

One-on-One Training.
For the training, our trainer will typically also be the person who delivers your trailer. They will spend time teaching you, one-on-one (or you can have your whole team there, if you like) how to prep your job site, operate your equipment, spray your job, and shut down your equipment at the end of the day. They will work through our training checklist with you to make sure you are comfortable with running and maintaining your rig.

Ongoing Support.
No matter how much is covered during training, it is guaranteed that you will have questions later. Unusual jobs, difficult environments, equipment issues, and other things will come up. Because our primary business is selling foam to you long term, we will make every effort to help you be successful. As long as you continue to buy your foam from us, we will be available to help with tech support, low cost repairs, bid assistance, and even marketing support. Our Marketing Specialist can help you with a website, logo, social media pages, and more. If you are not successful, you won't be buying foam. That is not good for either of us.

Our Mutual Long Term Success.
We want you to be a long term customer. Your success is our success. It is franchise level support, without the franchise fees or contracts.
