A9000 Ultrahigh Pressure Spraying & Injection Equipment

The A9000 is perfect for multiple double component materials, such as polyurea elastomer, polyurethane all-water foam, polyurethane foam material, polyurethane adhesive and sealants. : 
  • 3 STAGE HEATERS : Most competitor's machines use single tube heaters, these produce large variances in temperature and most importantly hot spots. These hot spots will char, build up crystallized residue and ultimately cause the heater to fail or clog your heated hose. Our Reformer A9000 offers Hybrid heating technology for the most efficient heating, requiring less power. The patented 3 stage heaters offer three individual heating elements to keep the chemicals at a consistent temperature, while housed in a single block of aluminum that increases surface area and distributes heat evenly.
  • 3 FILTERS : The A9000 offers three separate filters to ensure your gun will continue spraying, your hoses will not clog and your machine will not fail.
  • SIMPLE DESIGN : Lightweight, Easy to use and maintain, yet tough enough for the most difficult jobs.
  • SINGLE BUTTON HEATING : The A9000 offers ONE button to turn off all heating elements.
  • STROKE COUNTER : This feature allows you to know exactly how much material is left in the drum and to prevent running out! This option is a must have.

Returns Policy

How do I return an item? Parts Orders When ordering parts, be certain you are ordering the correct part. If you are uncertain on which part to order, please call 660.202.4277. To insure that parts are shipped correctly, please always include your shipping address and speed of shipment (ground, 2-day, overnight) with every parts order.
Return Policy on Parts It is our goal to ship parts quickly, accurately, and on-time. Any parts that are shipped incorrectly (shipping of wrong or defective part), will receive a full credit (including shipping) if parts are returned within 15 days from original receipt. If you determine a part is no longer needed, or the wrong part was ordered, credit will be issued under the following conditions: 1. Parts must be returned within 15 days from original receipt. 2. Parts must be in new, unused condition. 3. Shipping is not refundable. 4. A 15% ($5 minimum) restocking fee will be deducted from credit. 5.
